My experience was stellar! It all comes down to the people. I had not one therapist – all therapists help each other. I love that kind of harmony. They have all the tools -everything you need, no matter your particular situation. When I wasn’t there phyiscally, they provided me with a handy app with a series of things for me to do each day until my next appointment. In certain times, I was able to hear or observe their interactions with other patients. They treated everyone special…fit for their unique age, and situation. An older patient from a different culture did not understand a part of her therapy her doctor prescribed. I witnessed two therapists addressing her concerns, explaining terms, and process, etc. I am confident that the woman understood everything they showed and told her. They were sooo compasionate and that made me feel SO GOOD to know just how much they really do care about the individual. I highly recommend Johnson and Hayes Physical Therapists!
