I am a 74 year old man with multiple unfortunate physical issues (none severe or totally debilitating). I am experiencing balance and mobility issues, so I asked my family physician to get me some help. He referred me to Johnson & Hayes, where my case was assigned th Ms. Dupree. I was immediately impressed with the quality and expertise of the service rendered. Ms. Dupree performed an initial assessment and discussed realistic goals with me and immediately started me on a stretching/exercise regimen to help me improve mobility and balance. Ms. Dupree has demonstrated expert knowledge and capability in physical therapy. Her explanations of exercises were clear and well communicated. She has been careful to ensure that I perform them to provide the intended benefit. I am well pleased with the improvement in my case and the care I am receiving. I look forward to receiving additional help from the staff at Johnson & Hayes.
