After a month of limping from lower back and hip pain I finally went to my doctor and he suggested PT. Brooke has help me understand my sciatic nerve issues. The program she put me on has coordinated my muscles, mitigated the pain, and significantly increased my flexibility. I am able to sleep well and confident I won’t miss out on my ski trip!!
