Kent Wright here. I chose J & H because of recommendations from friends. All the staff were highly professional while also being personable and charming. There was a high degree of willingnqess among the staff to jump in and help others during peak times, which made for a cheerful place. I especially commend Mary Hui for her attentiveness and willingness to answer all my questions in full while also applying all the right exercises. Mary’s cheerfulness was especially appreciated.
