I have been to almost every PT in the city, Nesin, TOC, Sports Med, Mandeville, P3; all working on a chronic knee issue over the last 15 years or so. They all basically have the same set of exercises and similar facilities but J&H just seemed better; better staff, better atmosphere, better equipment. They have the right mix of relaxed attitude but also, hey we’ve got an hour, let’s improve your function today. My therapist Josh was like that, first of all very knowledgeable, relaxed but all business, listened to me but didn’t let me drive the train; just struck a good balance all the way around. And actually I learned some new exercises that really helped, and dry needling was a first which I think was the thing that really gave me the most benefit. So anyway, obviously I recommend J&H if you want a no-nonsense approach to rehab in a very welcoming and comfortable atmosphere supported by some knowledgeable, professional therapists.
