I had a friend tell me Selea was an amazing PT, so prior my total knee replacement I met with her to discuss the PT plan and my goals. I’m grateful to say that I’m further along with my PT than most. Selea does a great job guiding you through the exercises needed to met your goals and get you back to 100% as quickly as possible. Besides being an amazing PT, she’s one of the sweetest and kindest people I’ve met. 5 stars isn’t enough to sing her praises.
