I had a shoulder replacement performed in Birmingham and needed a physical therapist here in Huntsville for the post operative therapy. A friend of mine recommended Johnson and Hayes, and I’ve been very pleased to say the least. When I called prior to the surgery to set up the therapy, the young lady that I spoke with had to adjust the therapist’s schedule in order to honor my request for three visits per week. She called me back by the end of the day with my schedule. She also worked me in for an earlier date because my surgery date got moved up. The kind, polite and patient attitude that I experienced really gave me the impression that this place was not about the quantity of people that they could treat on a daily basis but the quality of care and concern that they could provide. The therapist that I was assigned to, Jack Bice, has been outstanding! I’ve been treated by numerous physical therapists over the years, and this guy is great. I highly recommend Johnson and Hayes in Huntsville as well as PT Jack Bice.
