The staff are Johnson and Hayes is professional, efficient, caring, and understanding. The office is very clean and inviting. Scheduling is very easy. Appointments are on time. Emily asks how I am doing and really listens to what I tell her. She is very caring and compassionate, in addition to being an excellent provider of PT. I love that she updates my exercises each time on the portal and I can access them whenever I need to. The staff is excellent with all ages, children and adults. I highly recommend Johnson and Hayes Physical Therapists for all of your physical therapy needs!
