Johnson & Hayes Physical Therapists

The physical therapist Brent Congo was beyond accommodating, and I feel he went above, and beyond what his job duties included. He was most definitely concerned with my health first, and the safest way to complete the FCE, and give an accurate set of test results. My heart rate during the test was high, and we had to reschedule to get clearance from my PCP to go forward with the test, because my heart rate is always high, and has been a concern of us all for two years now. My doctor cleared for Brent to go forward with the test, and Brent was able to schedule me the following Wednesday. He checked my heart rate constantly, during the test, while I was at rest, and under stress. I was able to have the test results read to me, and he was observant of me when my son pulled up to drop me off, getting out of my car, walking into the building, sitting in the waiting room, and leaving the building to get into my son’s car to leave. I could tell from the report that he observed me from the second I was within vision to be able to help in his conclusion of the test. He knew my limits, but let me try to reach them before he stopped me from any danger. I feel that’s above, and beyond the call of what I think is his job title, and I appreciate his professionalism in a situation for me wasn’t a test I was very enthusiastic about taking.
